Lan TranLan Tran
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tran is responsible for the strategic direction and the overall success of the company. Prior to founding Tangible in 1998, Mr. Tran was a principal consultant for Netscape Communications, where he led federal and commercial clients in the design and implementation of highly complex and large internet-based solutions. Before Netscape, Mr. Tran was a co-founder and director of Ventera Corporation, where he delivered technology solutions to telecommunications and wireless firms like Nextel, LCI, LCC, and Cable & Wireless. In advance of Ventera, Mr. Tran worked in companies like Informix Software and Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. At these companies, he managed and executed the delivery of leading-edge, technology-based solutions to a wide-array of clients.


Thuan NguyenThuan Nguyen
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As the Chief Operating Officer of Tangible, Mr. Nguyen is responsible for operations of the company including Finance, Human Resources, and the P&L of each business unit. Mr. Nguyen has more than seventeen years experience in enterprise IT operations and management. Prior to joining Tangible, Mr. Nguyen has held various senior management positions driving technology to align with strategic visions. Previously, he held the position of Director of Operations for the Verisign Global Registry Service, the building block for the World Wide Web. Mr. Nguyen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park; as well as an M.S. in Computer System Management from University of Maryland, University College.


Tim SpearTim Spear
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Spear is responsible for developing and managing the technology vision for company. Prior to co-founding Tangible in 1998, Mr. Spear was a consultant to Teoco where he designed, built, and managed the architecture for the Telecommunications product line. The product line provided carrier access billing, management, verification, reconciliation, and dispute management to Federal and Commercial clients. He was also the co-founder and Director of Ventera Corporation, a technology solutions company serving large telecommunications and wireless firms such as Nextel, LCI, LCC, and Cable & Wireless. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Spear has worked as a consultant to major corporations focusing on technology solutions to improve business operations in emerging markets.  He is also the author of several books on software development.


Bobby ChristianBobby Christian
President

As the President of Tangible, Mr. Christian is responsible for all external corporate functions including Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Partnership Development. Prior to joining Tangible, Mr. Christian’s career included exceptional performance in large consultancies, executive roles in privately held organizations, and Board positions for a number of companies. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Christian has driven the launch, development, and implementation of strategic Energy Solutions for clients such as Virginia Power and CommonWealth Edison. He has also helped Federal Agencies and Fortune 100 companies to design, implement, and operate large scale Security Management Programs. He served as the founding Chief Security Officer for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board where he developed the innovative concept of a Security Management Office to provide appropriate assurance of information confidentiality, integrity, and availability.


Jim BrundageJim Brundage
General Manager of Security Solutions

As the General Manager of Security, Mr. Brundage has overall Profit & Loss responsibility for the Security Line of Business. Prior to joining Tangible, Mr. Brundage’s career included more than 20 years in the Information Technology arena with global firms like IBM and Verisign. Over the course of his career, Mr. Brundage has launched and built several consulting companies. He has deep expertise in the area of Technology Operations and Information Security. He has helped Federal and Commercial clients to design, implement, and operate large, complex Identity & Access Management (IDM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Mr. Brundage’s team currently operates one of the largest PKI implementations in the world.


Scott WingfieldScott Wingfield
General Manager of Energy Solutions

As the General Manager of Energy, Mr. Wingfield has overall Profit & Loss responsibility for the Energy Line of Business. Mr. Wingfield has several years of experience leading and implementing large-scale Energy Solutions for Federal and Commercial clients. Prior to joining Tangible, Mr. Wingfield, worked in various leadership roles at SevenSpace, an IT Services Outsourcing company. Mr. Wingfield designed, implemented, and managed the Operational Business Model from concept through the company’s growth stage. He has deep expertise building and managing complex and mission critical IT Infrastructures to support a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The combination of Mr. Wingfield’s Energy and IT infrastructure and operations subject matter expertise have been the key to creating innovative Energy solutions to address the growing demands of the market place. Mr. Wingfield started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked as a Senior Manager focused on business process solutions within the Process Competency Group. Mr. Wingfield provided solutions to high-tech clients like Bell Atlantic, Cable & Wireless, Iridium, Telecom Australia, and PSINet.


Colin ParcellColin Parcell
General Manager of Consulting Solutions

As the General Manager of Consulting, Mr. Parcell has overall Profit & Loss responsibility for the Consulting Line of Business. Mr. Parcell has several years of experience helping large, enterprise clients to build and take product & service offerings to market. He is responsible for developing the Tangible Methodologies used to help our clients from initial concept to operational support and all facets of the project life-cycle. Prior to joining Tangible, Mr. Parcell worked as a scientist for Lockheed Martin in the satellite semiconductor industry.  He also worked at the Pentagon as a technology consultant to provide technology oversight on several high-profile projects.  Mr. Parcell received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
